01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing blaz4.net, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the blaz4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules that apply to sports betting, live casino, fish games or other services available on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of blaz4 regardless of the device, browser or method used to access the platform. The fact that you access blaz4 through a mobile browser, a saved home screen shortcut or any other means does not alter the applicability of these Terms.

blaz4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When a meaningful change is made, the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a blaz4 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing blaz4 voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in relation to any bet, deposit or withdrawal.
• You understand that gaming involves real financial risk and that you may lose the PKR you deposit.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a blaz4 employee directly involved in platform operations or game integrity.

03 Account Registration

Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active blaz4 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your real name, an alias or a variation of your contact details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, blaz4 will retain the earliest account and close any subsequent accounts. Any PKR balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, current and complete information when registering. This includes your name, date of birth, mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your blaz4 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. blaz4 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact blaz4 support immediately so the account can be secured. Any losses incurred due to unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep your credentials private are your own responsibility.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

blaz4 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit card and credit card. All transactions are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account at the time of deposit.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your blaz4 balance within a few minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule.
• blaz4 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your name that matches your blaz4 account details.
• You must have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed.
• blaz4 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally completed faster than bank transfers.
• blaz4 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing a withdrawal. You may be asked to confirm your identity to proceed.
• Attempted withdrawal of funds that were obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or any breach of these Terms will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

blaz4 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be displayed alongside the offer at the time it is made available to you.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and applied to your bonus balance, separate from your real money balance, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn as real PKR. Requirements vary by offer and will be stated clearly.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been played through within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. They cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering conditions.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The blaz4 sports section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play bets are subject to acceptance delays during rapidly changing match situations. blaz4 may suspend in-play markets at any point during a live event.

Odds and Results

• Odds quoted at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent movement in the market.
• Match results used to settle bets are determined by the official governing body for the sport in question. For PSL and international cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) are the relevant authorities.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, blaz4 will settle affected bets according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the betting section.

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault or data feed error — blaz4 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account. Players who systematically exploit pricing errors may have their accounts reviewed.

07 Casino and Game Rules

The blaz4 Live Casino, fish games and slots sections are governed by both these general Terms and the individual game rules displayed within each game. In the event of a conflict, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game.

• All casino games and slots on blaz4 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live casino games use physical equipment operated by real dealers in a monitored studio environment.
• Game outcomes are final once the round has completed and the result has been confirmed by the system or the live dealer.
• If a technical fault interrupts a game round before it is completed, the round will be voided and the bet returned to your account. If a round has fully completed before a fault occurs, the result stands.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• Fish game payouts are determined by the game's pay table. Ammunition costs are deducted from your PKR balance as you play.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on blaz4 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential permanent ban:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
2. Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any software to interact with the platform in place of manual player action.
3. Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy or exploit any part of the blaz4 platform, including odds feeds, game outcomes or payment systems.
4. Coordinating with other players to manipulate game results, exploit betting markets or abuse bonus structures collectively.
5. Depositing funds obtained from illegal activity or using blaz4 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
6. Harassing, threatening or abusing blaz4 staff, support agents or other platform users through any communication channel.
7. Providing false identity information or impersonating another person when using the platform.
8. Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

blaz4-Initiated Suspension

blaz4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or if required to do so for platform integrity purposes. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any PKR balance held in the account may be forfeited.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your blaz4 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed at the time of closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gaming is becoming difficult to control, blaz4 provides a self-exclusion option. You can request a temporary or indefinite self-exclusion through the account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to place bets or access casino products. Self-exclusion is a responsible gaming tool — once set, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.

10 Privacy and Data

blaz4 collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration, transactions and use of the platform. The full details of how your data is handled, stored and protected are set out in the blaz4 Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

Key points regarding your data on blaz4 include:

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process PKR transactions and communicate with you about your account activity.
• blaz4 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is handled by the relevant payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and card processors) under their own data protection obligations.
• blaz4 may retain transaction and account records for a period after account closure as required for fraud prevention and record-keeping purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

blaz4 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should remain fun and within your means. The platform strongly encourages all players to set clear personal limits on the time they spend playing and the PKR amount they deposit in any given period.

• Set a session budget before you start playing and stop when that budget is reached, regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
• Do not attempt to chase losses by depositing more money than you had planned. Chasing losses is one of the most common ways gaming stops being entertainment and starts causing real harm.
• Take regular breaks during long gaming sessions. Fatigue and emotional states such as stress or frustration affect judgement and decision-making.
• Gaming is for adults only. Keep your account credentials private to prevent underage family members from accessing the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, blaz4 shall not be held liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. This includes — but is not limited to — losses from sports bets, casino games, fish games or slots; losses resulting from technical faults, data feed errors or service interruptions outside blaz4's control; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

blaz4 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or external factors (such as internet service disruptions) may temporarily affect platform availability. blaz4 will aim to restore service as quickly as possible and will not be responsible for losses directly caused by downtime beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights apply.

13 Governing Terms and Disputes

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and blaz4 in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations or agreements, whether verbal or written.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a transaction or any aspect of your account, contact blaz4 support in the first instance. The support team will review the matter and aim to resolve it fairly and promptly. All dispute decisions made by blaz4 following a thorough review are final.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
